Türk Telekom Mobile & Broadband Data Warehouse
End-to-end management of mobile and broadband data warehouse projects.
As Senior Manager on Türk Telekom Mobile and Broadband Data Warehouse projects, I am responsible for the end-to-end management of DWH operations, development activities, and transformation initiatives. I work across mobile and broadband domains, combining technical ownership with team and delivery management for ETL, reporting, analysis, production support, development, and project delivery.
The account started with a team of 5 people. While maintaining customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and operational continuity, I led the growth of the team to 22 people. I continue to manage team organization, work allocation, customer communication, resource planning, prioritization, and coordination of project deliveries.
In daily operations, we handle customer requests, incidents, change requests, and new project developments end to end. I take part in requirement analysis, impact analysis, technical design, ETL development, testing, production release, and post-production support, helping keep the data warehouse systems stable and reliable.
On the broadband data warehouse side, we used our in-house EaseDataPlay product in Informatica-to-Oracle Data Integrator transformation projects to accelerate migration, conversion, analysis, and deployment work. Within these projects, I led the analysis of existing Informatica workflows, their redesign for the ODI architecture, ETL standardization, and controlled deployment to production.
I am also responsible for high-volume data processing, ETL performance improvements, production issue resolution, data quality controls, business-unit coordination, and SLA-focused delivery management in a large-scale telecom data warehouse environment. For mobile-domain operational and analytical reporting needs, I coordinate analysis, development, and maintenance activities with the teams.
During this account, I have taken an active role in several major initiatives, including ODI 11g-to-12c migration, Informatica-to-ODI transformation, legacy customer platform decommissioning and migration, and the Flexible Reporting project.
